What insurance do you take?I am an in-network provider for most Blue Cross Blue Shield/Anthem PPO plans. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance if you would like to utilize your out of network benefits.

What are your fees?Payment for self-pay services, deductibles and copayments are due at time of service, your card on file will be charged. An Initial Evaluation is $175 for 55 minutes with subsequent Individual Psychotherapy sessions at $140 for 55 minutes. Cancellations and re-scheduled sessions will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100 if not received at least 24 hours in advance. Please be aware that insurance companies do not cover cancellation charges and your card on file will be charged for this fee.

Do you offer a sliding scale?I'm committed to making therapy accessible to all and have partnered with Open Path Collective, to accommodate financial hardships. I have reserved a limited number of slots specifically for Open Path Members. What should I expect during my first sessions?At your first appointment I will go over the paperwork and answer any questions you may have. This first session I like to get an overview of what brings you to therapy and what you would like to gain from this experience. From there we collaboratively come up with a plan to help you reach your therapeutic goals.

How long do I need to be in therapy?The length of time someone needs to be in therapy varies from person to person. Sessions are usually scheduled weekly and as you start to feel better sessions will begin to be spaced out till you are ready to terminate treatment.

What ages do you work with?I work with individual adults with most clients falling between the ages of 20 - 60. I can offer referrals to local or online providers who specialize in working with kids, teens, older adults, families and couples.

Can you prescribe medications?I don't have the authority to prescribe medications. However, if you're considering psychiatric medications, I can offer referrals to local or online providers who specialize in this area.

What are your session hours?Sessions are scheduled by appointment only. I typically see clients Tuesday through Friday between the hours of 9am - 3pm, with Wednesdays telehealth only.
