Do you accept insurance?I’ve chosen not to accept insurance so I can focus fully on providing you with personalized, flexible, and confidential care. Insurance companies often require a diagnosis, limit session types, and control treatment plans. By working outside of insurance, we can create a therapy plan that fits your unique needs without those restrictions. While this means paying out of pocket, I can provide a receipt (called a “superbill”) for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. This approach ensures your therapy is private, tailored, and focused entirely on your well-being. Here are some great resources to help you navigate out of network benefits: Out of Network Reimbursement Calculator

What is your cancellation policy?3-hour intensive sessions require a 48-hour notice. All other sessions require a 24-hour notice. Any session that is not canceled within the cancellation window is subject to a cancellation fee of half of the full session fee, for example a standard individual psychotherapy session cancellation fee would be $90. In the event of an unavoidable conflict or emergency we may be able to make other arrangements to avoid the cancelation fee. I dedicate your appointment time exclusively to you. By thoughtfully limiting the number of clients I work with at any given time, I can provide you with the highest level of care and attention. As a therapist, it’s important for me to practice what I teach, ensuring balance and alignment in my own life. I deeply value your investment and put significant effort into behind-the-scenes work beyond our counseling sessions. This includes reading, attending advanced training, gathering resources, and thoughtfully preparing to make our time together as impactful as possible.
