  • Sessions are conducted through a secure and HIPAA-compliant video platform.  

  • It is possible to utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy and EMDR remotely; however, in-person sessions are advised for optimal effectiveness.

  • Tips for a successful online therapy session:

    • Locate a quiet and private space within your home or preferred setting.

    • Minimize distractions, such as other individuals or pets in the vicinity and consider using headphones.

    • Ensure proper functionality of your webcam, speakers, and adequate internet bandwidth.

    • Silence your electronic devices and/or disable all notifications on your computer or smartphone.

    • Assess your lighting setup; position a lamp or light source on either side or in front of you for optimal visibility.

    • Consider having someone nearby in case of emergency or technical issues arise.

Online Therapy
